  Mortar-Glue for porcelanic floors, walls and radiant walls
What does this product work for?

It's a grey/white mortar glue for high-medium absortion ceramics placing over the following surfaces:

* Cement
* Traditional brick walls
* Cement floors

Which are its characteristics?

* Monocomponent mortar-glue (only needs to add water)

* Nule vertical slip

* Thin layer application

* Excelent workability for walls and floors

* High frost resistance

How to prepair the paste?

1- Pour the water first and then, the mortar-glue.

2- Mix in bowls in an approximated proportion of 6 litres each 25 kgs.

3- It is very important to not add more water than recommended, because physical and     chemical conditions would be then, reduced.

4- Mix by hand or with a mixer machine (better slow, 500 rpm) until getting a creamy paste.

5- Let it repose 5 minutes for the additives to act correctly and then mix again before use.

6- Never add more water after the paste has reposed.

How to work?

* Substrate must be clean and dry.

* Extend the product with the smooth part of the trowel to ensure a complete contact with the substrate.

* Use the dented trowel (no. 6-8) in 1,5 - 2 m2 squares.

* Check that no surfacial film is formed over the adhesive. In such a case, it's enough to pass    the trowel again with some fresh product.

* Place the ceramic leaving 2-3 mm joints.

* We recommend

   - To leave 3 mm expansion joints in the extremes of the walls.
   - For floors, leave 6 mm .perimeter joints
