  Mortar-glue for big format brick fixation  
What does this product work for?


It's a grey mortar-glue, ready to fix big format bricks in exteriors and in dampness risk zones (kitchen, bathroom, storage rooms, cellars...)

For wall with high-medium absortion ceramics with thick layer (8-13 mm), over bricks and cement.


Which are its characteristics?

* Monocomponent mortar-glue (only needs to add water)

* Nule vertical slip

* Thick layer application

* Excellent workabilty by its thickness and plasticity

* High frost resistance


How to prepair the paste?

1- Pour the water first and then, the mortar-glue.

2- Mix in bowls in an approximated proportion of 7 litres each 25 kgs.

3- It is very important to not add more water than recommended, because physical and     chemical conditions would be then, reduced.

4- Mix by hand or with a mixer machine (better slow, 500 rpm) until getting a creamy paste.

5- Let it repose 5 minutes for the additives to act correctly and then mix again before use.

6- Never add more water after the paste has reposed.

How to work?

* For wall placing

   - Prepare the paste as indicated
   - Extend the product with the trowel over the ceramic pieces, for making the assembly in the      usual way.

* For ceramic placing in the walls

   - Substrate must be clean and dry.
   - Apply the product with the dented trowel (no. 8-13) in 1,5 - 2 m2 squares.
   - Check that no surfacial film is formed over the adhesive (in such a case, pass the trowel      with some fresh product).

Where to use?

Ceramic walls placing with big format and traditional bricks, for interiors and exteriors.
Using substrates: Cement, cement-lime mortar, brick and cement floors.

Substrates must be solid, hard, clean, dry and without deformations.
Do not use: Over metal, concrete or wood

Product components are not contact toxic but are toxic to ingestion (in such as a case, go asap to an emergeny health service).
Keep away from children or animals.

First Aid:

Skin: Wash with plenty of water
Eyes: Wash with plenty of water
Ingestion: Rinse with water and drink plenty of water
