| What does this product work for? | |||||||||
| Which are its characteristics? | |||||||||
* Easy application with projection machinery. |
| How to prepair the paste? | |||||||||
* This product is specially designed to be applicated with projection machinery * It's recommended to adjust the machine in a 25% mortar/water relation and modify this relation until getting the paste density wanted. The mortar/water relation may change depending on working conditions. * In case of hand application, mix in a 6-7 water litres bowl per each 25 mortar kgs. |
| How to work? | |||||||||
* Project with machine the mortar on the wall. The water volume must be graduated to get a paste density with no slipping-off. * Once projected, mortar must be smoothed with a trowel, trying that all the surface is covered and eliminating at once possible air bags. * Resultant layer width must be between 5 and 8 mm. * Fix the fiberglass or rockwool panels through manual pression. It's recommended to place these aislant panels from up to down, for the panels that must be cutted are the ones down, in order to ease the work as much as possible. * Fix the panels during the "open time" (20 minutes). Out of this time, its properties are reduced. |
